Bon Repos castle

Melissa and Suny’s wedding was planned and prepared for less than two years and almost entirely remotely. Nevertheless, we managed to prepare it down to the smallest detail and the newlyweds, including their family and friends who came from all over the world, celebrated their big day together in the beautiful surroundings of the Bon Repos Castle.
The last weekend of May was a beautiful weather and therefore the wedding ceremony took place in the castle park accompanied by piano and cello music. The ceremony place was decorated with a rich ceremonial gate full of flowers. The wedding reception followed in the hall of the old castle, where the evening party took place. A wedding cake with delicate pastel decorations was cut by the newlyweds in the blooming herb garden.
The decor of the wedding table consisted of a floral band in soft tones of apricot and pink in cobmint with glass candlesticks and candles of the same colour. Crystal glasses and glass club plates underlined the overall concept based on these elements. The frescoes of the old castle hall resonated subtly with the chosen decor and as the betrothed and their guests entered the hall, there was no hiding their excitement and amazement. These are the moments that I recall then and will keep in my memory for a long time to come, as well as our entire journey of planning and preparation together.
